Over 400 individuals participated in UMOM New Day Centers First “Walk For Homeless Families” on Saturday, September 19, 2009. Supported by the Women’s Auxiliary at UMOM, the walk is another way of fundraising and raising awareness to support homeless families. Proceeds benefit UMOM, Arizona’s largest homeless shelter for families serving more than 550 individuals each day through a continuum of services.
