Nov. 12, 2016. Congratulations to Amber M. on winning the title Junior Face of Foothills as the contestants participated in the Fashion Week 4 Kids at Scottsdale Waterfront. A great showing from all 10 finalists. They all walked the runway with confidence and poise as experienced models.
