Calling all Boxer lovers! Regardless of if you prefer the breed or not, how could anyone not fall absolutely head over heels for this wrinkly faced pup?!

At six-years-old, Frankie found his way to the Arizona Humane Society in early June after his previous family were evicted and could not bring him with. Thankfully, local police were notified of this and they transferred him into the care of the shelter where he has received medical treatment for tummy issues and a puppy cold.

Now that he is feeling better, Frankie has shown himself to be a huge cuddle bug who loves to give slobbery kisses in between chasing tennis balls. Although he has a gray muzzle, that has not stopped him from showing off his amazing tricks, how well he walks on a leash, what a gentleman he is in a home environment and more! Frankie is a perfect example of amazing pets who continue to be overlooked and stay on the adoption floor a little bit longer than others but that does not mean he is not just as deserving of a loving forever home.

In an effort to help more pets find homes, the Arizona Humane Society is hosting $0 adoptions for all pets 1 year and older, along with 50% off adoption fees for pets under a year Friday, July 24 through Sunday, July 26. Frankie’s adoption fee includes his neuter surgery, current vaccinations, a microchip, and a follow-up wellness exam with a VCA Animal Hospital.
